As a Psychotherapist and Life Coach I help people to close the gap between where they are and where they intent to be in the future with the support of individual therapy session by using therapies such as Cognitive Behavior Therapy(CBT), Rational Emotive Behavioral Therapy(REBT), Existentialism to name a few.
I also specialize in helping families shift from discord to harmony to go from fighting to enjoying each other as a ‘Family Therapist’
As a Couple and Marital Therapist I see a lot of marriages ending in divorce I work with couples to reverse this trend by giving them tools that can work immediately and make their marriage work.
My additional profile as a Life Coach involves conducting trainings, seminars, workshops and one to one personal coaching and mentoring for organizations to help their Executives in achieving their highest potential.
My core strength lies in my ability to empathize and respond to people’s needs which allows me to instantly connect with my clients…

My Qualification
I have completed my M.S and M.Phil in Psychotherapy and Counseling
Pursuing my PhD in the same.
Also attending my Basic Vedanta Course from Chinmmaya Mission
I have also done my Basic and Advance certification course in REBT and CBT.
I have also been trained in Mindfulness based Psychotherapy.
I keep on updating my skills by attending various Certificate Courses and Seminars on Psychotherapies and their Applications so that I can provide the latest techniques and therapies for my clients.

I am the psychotherapist on the panel of EAP Service providing firms such as Optum/PPC India Santulan , Apollo Life, Simplify My Training, Play To Potential to name a few.
As an affiliate trainer for Optum (PPC) I have conducted workshops for Johnson & Johnson, Jansen ,Cathay Pacific, BASF, BAYER, J B Morgan, Fiserve, McAfee, S.W.I.F.T , OTIS , PNB Metlife, Synopsys Bank of Baroda, Orange.
My inputs have been taken for articles on Relationship and Parenting in Mumbai Mirror and Pune Mirror, Bombay Times, Femina, New Woman , Homemaker (Hindi) Mid -Day (English and Gujarati).
